Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 777 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P35, CENPH, and PPP2R3B. Each is linked with RNASE9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE9-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
