Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Src_pY416, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with RNASE9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE9-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
