RNASE9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASE9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE9-associated genes across cancer lineages are NECTIN1, ACTR1B, and WNK4. Each is linked with RNASE9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE9-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
