RNASE7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,683 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM29, ANXA8L1, and ZNF185_S602. Each is linked with RNASE7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE7-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE7 versus TRIM29 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
