RNASE7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,258 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICALL1, MTMR8, and DTWD1. Each is linked with RNASE7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE7-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE7 versus MICALL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
