RNASE7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE7-associated genes across cancer lineages are YTHDF3-AS1, SNRPGP17, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with RNASE7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE7-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YTHDF3-AS1 grouped by RNASE7-low versus RNASE7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
