Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Bax, and MEK1. Each is linked with RNASE7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE7-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE7 results are reported.
