RNASE7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASE7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,233 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of keratinocyte proliferation, Protein localization to cell-cell junction, and Biological process involved in interaction with host. Each is linked with RNASE7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE7-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of keratinocyte proliferation grouped by RNASE7-low versus RNASE7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
