RNASE4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,530 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GOLPH3L, LMNB2, and MYO1D. Each is linked with RNASE4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE4-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE4 versus GOLPH3L in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
