RNASE4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP9, KRTAP4-16, and WASH9P. Each is linked with RNASE4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE4-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP9 grouped by RNASE4-low versus RNASE4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
