Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, Notch1, and PAI-1. Each is linked with RNASE4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE4-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE4 results are reported.
