RNASE4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASE4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,989 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANG, SCARB2, and AMACR. Each is linked with RNASE4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE4-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE4 versus ANG in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
