RNASE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,601 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FES_T421, VIM, and C1QC. Each is linked with RNASE3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE3-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE3 versus FES_T421 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
