Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,638 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, ADGRE3, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with RNASE3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE3-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE3 versus MEFV in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
