RNASE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-176P, PSAT1P4, and VN1R91P. Each is linked with RNASE3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE3-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-176P grouped by RNASE3-low versus RNASE3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
