RNASE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,973 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA1, CTSG, and RNASE2. Each is linked with RNASE3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE3-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASE3 versus DEFA1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
