Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,092 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell surface receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway, Vacuolar transport, and Exocytosis. Each is linked with RNASE3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE3-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE3 results are reported.
