Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNASE11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNASE11 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RNASE11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNASE11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNASE11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
