RNASE10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27AP14, OR2AP1, and OR10G6. Each is linked with RNASE10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE10-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS27AP14 grouped by RNASE10-low versus RNASE10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
