The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RNA5SP94 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP94 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, KIRC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNA5SP94 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
