Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP90 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNA5SP90’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RNA5SP90 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNA5SP90 is over-expressed in tumor.
LUAD, LUSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNA5SP90 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
