Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP74 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNA5SP74’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where RNA5SP74 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNA5SP74 is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD are the cancer types where RNA5SP74 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
