Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP67 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,287 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNA5SP67-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone modification, DNA biosynthetic process, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with RNA5SP67 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP67-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP67 results are reported.
