Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP59 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5SP59 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher RNA5SP59 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP59 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC show a favorable association.
LAML, BLCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNA5SP59 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
