Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP515 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,977 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNA5SP515-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Oxidative phosphorylation, and Regulation of DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator resulting in transcription of p21 class mediator. Each is linked with RNA5SP515 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP515-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP515 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
