Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP512 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNA5SP512’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where RNA5SP512 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNA5SP512 is over-expressed in tumor.
KICH, CHOL, and PRAD are the cancer types where RNA5SP512 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
