Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP467 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,674 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNA5SP467-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with RNA5SP467 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP467-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP467 results are reported.
