Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP45 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5SP45 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RNA5SP45 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP45 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, MESO, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNA5SP45 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
