Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP427 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5SP427 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNA5SP427 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP427 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and KICH are the cancer types where RNA5SP427 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
