Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP424 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNA5SP424’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where RNA5SP424 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNA5SP424 is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD are the cancer types where RNA5SP424 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
