Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP422 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,575 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNA5SP422-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC14, WDR33, and TCF12. Each is linked with RNA5SP422 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP422-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP422 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC14 grouped by RNA5SP422-low versus RNA5SP422-high in LUSC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNA5SP422→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNA5SP422) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
