Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP419 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,635 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNA5SP419-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDGF1, EIF4G1, and NUDT21. Each is linked with RNA5SP419 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP419-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP419 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TDGF1 grouped by RNA5SP419-low versus RNA5SP419-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNA5SP419→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNA5SP419) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
