Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP415 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNA5SP415-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYST, ZNF518A, and GLB1. Each is linked with RNA5SP415 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP415-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP415 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYST grouped by RNA5SP415-low versus RNA5SP415-high in OV.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNA5SP415→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNA5SP415) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
