Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP384 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5SP384 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNA5SP384 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP384 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BLCA show a favorable association.

LUAD, MESO, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNA5SP384 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
