The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNA5SP380 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP380 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, LAML, and STAD are the cancer types where RNA5SP380 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
