Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP364 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 6 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNA5SP364’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where RNA5SP364 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNA5SP364 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as PAAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.

PAAD, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RNA5SP364 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
