Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP345 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNA5SP345’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where RNA5SP345 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNA5SP345 is over-expressed in tumor.
PAAD, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RNA5SP345 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
