Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP334 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNA5SP334’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where RNA5SP334 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNA5SP334 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as BRCA and LIHC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
BRCA, LIHC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNA5SP334 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
