The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RNA5SP331 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP331 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM, BLCA, and LGG are the cancer types where RNA5SP331 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
