Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP321 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5SP321 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher RNA5SP321 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP321 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and STAD show a favorable association.

THYM, KICH, and CESC are the cancer types where RNA5SP321 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
