Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP318 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5SP318 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RNA5SP318 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP318 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

SKCM, STAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNA5SP318 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
