Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP296 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5SP296 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNA5SP296 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP296 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and SKCM show a favorable association.

LUSC, LGG, and STAD are the cancer types where RNA5SP296 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
