The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNA5SP275 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP275 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where RNA5SP275 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
