Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP26 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5SP26 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNA5SP26 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5SP26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
CESC, BRCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNA5SP26 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
