Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5SP252 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNA5SP252’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where RNA5SP252 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNA5SP252 is over-expressed in tumor.
UCEC are the cancer types where RNA5SP252 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
