Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP169 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,633 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNA5SP169-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane, Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Nucleoside phosphate catabolic process. Each is linked with RNA5SP169 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP169-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP169 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane grouped by RNA5SP169-low versus RNA5SP169-high in STAD.
