Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5SP101 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,041 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNA5SP101-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKD1P6, SEMA4C, and ASH1L. Each is linked with RNA5SP101 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5SP101-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5SP101 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP101 versus PKD1P6 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNA5SP101→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNA5SP101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
