RNA5S17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNA5S17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNA5S17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRRD, SWT1, and UPF3B. Each is linked with RNA5S17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNA5S17-to-partner and partner-to-RNA5S17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNA5S17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNA5S17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
