RNA5-8SP6

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNA5-8SP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNA5-8SP6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNA5-8SP6 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5-8SP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and SKCM show a favorable association.

CESC, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNA5-8SP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
