The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNA5-8SP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNA5-8SP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, STAD, and LGG are the cancer types where RNA5-8SP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
